Dr. Steven M. Rindal is a Board Eligible graduate of the International Chiropractic Association's three year Diplomate Course in Chiropractic Pediatrics. He took the course from 1998 - 2000 at Palmer College of Chiropractic's western campus in San Jose, CA.
Both he and Dr. Tracy D. Rindal have always accepted pediatric patients and are well experienced in their special needs. The pediatric spine is very different from that of the adult spine as it goes through its development process. It is important to have care tailored to each of the stages of growth.
Birth trauma to the spine is a common source of spinal problems later in life. In fact many adults suffer from the late effects of these birth injuries. It is very important to have the spine checked for subluxations occurring in the neonate, infant and toddler periods to assure corrections are made before the spine grows into abnormal positions.
Here are the 8 Most Common Pediatric Conditions Helped at the Rindal Clinic:
- Allergies and Asthma
- Bed Wetting
- Colic
- Neck Pain (Torticollis, spasms, inability to turn head normally, tilted or rotated head posture)
- Ear Infections
- Growing Pains
- Headaches
- Mid Back and Low Back Pain (muscle spasms, tilted or twisted pelvis)
